Building the 21st-Century Organization
This course examines organizations in various sectors and assesses the impact of internal and external factors on their designs and structures. Students will analyze group and individual behavior and organizational culture to understand their impact on organizational design, while also taking into account contemporary issues such as diversity and inclusion, artificial intelligence, unanticipated environmental events, and the role of stakeholders. Students will evaluate the appropriateness of current organizational designs and provide recommendations for innovation and improvement.
