Strategic Organizational Partnerships

Partnerships extend organizational capability between and within organizations and across sectors by leveraging shared resources and complementing core competencies. This course examines partnerships at a micro and macro level, including internal and external partnerships, strategic alliances, and joint ventures as alternatives to vertical integration. Students will apply leading frameworks and assessment strategies to analyze and design partnerships across sectors. The course emphasizes ethical and sustainable management of organizational relationships, with a focus on developing the competencies required for effective partnership leadership.
