This course delves into the exciting world of cloud computing by inviting students to assume the roles of cloud architects and IT strategists, blending theoretical exploration with practical, hands-on exercises. Learners will investigate key service models—such as IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS—alongside varied deployment paradigms including public, private, hybrid, and multi-cloud solutions, while gaining insight into the underlying infrastructure that drives modern digital enterprises. Emphasizing strategic decision-making, the curriculum examines critical considerations such as CAPEX versus OPEX tradeoffs, scalability, and regulatory constraints, integrating real-world case studies and interactive lab exercises that foster a comprehensive understanding of cost-benefit analyses and compliance frameworks.
