Amy Osatinski

Bio

Amy S. Osatinski is a professional theatre director and theatrical intimacy director, and she is a scholar of musical theatre. She is an Associate Professor of Theatre History and the head of the BA in Theatre Innovation and Entrepreneurship Program in the School of Theatre at Oklahoma City University.

Education

Amy received a PhD. in Theatre from the University of Colorado Boulder, an M.A. in Education from the University of Colorado Denver, and a B.A. in Theatre from the University of Denver.

Teaching Philosophy

Amy brings her many years of experience crafting rich and physically believable characters in the theatre to helping bachelor’s students understand their non-verbal communication habits and create new visual and physical communication habits that can help them to reach their goals.
