Cindy Cragg
Bio
Cindy Cragg has over 20 years of experience in the communications field with a focus on digital strategy, optimization and analytics. During her marketing career, Cindy worked with numerous start-ups, large and small non-profits and spent time as the national spokesperson for a large non-profit with appearances in major media markets (D.C, NY, Atlanta, Chicago) as well as Martha Stewart Radio, HGTV and HSN.
After turning her career to academia, Cindy pursued a Doctor of Education degree. Her doctoral work focused on the inter-relationship between data use and organizational culture. As an instructor, Cindy brings a high level of real-life experience and practical application to her work with College of Professional Studies students. She is the Academic Director of the Communication Management program and the Instructional Design & Technology program at the College of Professional Studies and, as a faculty, has been teaching with the program since 2015.
Education
Cindy earned a B.A. in Interpersonal and Public Communication from Northern Illinois University, an MPS in Organizational and Professional Communication from the University of Denver and an Ed.D. in Higher Education from the University of Denver.
