Bio

Debora (Debbie) Bartoo, Ph.D., holds the position of Educational Engagement Manager with Glenbrook, focusing on the payment industry. She has held several senior-level positions, including Senior Vice President in Digital Payments at Bank of America. She holds an M.S. in Business Analytics and an M.S. in Organizational Dynamics, focusing on innovation. Her career roles included innovation, competitive intelligence, product development, and analytics at various organizations. She has been an adjunct professor since 2014 teaching business and marketing strategy, innovation, values-based decision-making, and the Capstone.

Education

Debora earned her Ph.D. in Leadership & Change from Antioch University, her Master of Science in Business Intelligence & Analytics from St. Joseph’s University, Haub School of Business, and her Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania.
