Bio
Jim Henderson is a highly respected security professional with over 45 years of experience across law enforcement, the intelligence community, classified security operations, and corporate ethics. His expertise encompasses an understanding of global security and the development of protection strategies. Additionally, he has experience in leading successful security teams, both domestically and internationally.
Education
Jim earned an associate’s degree in Police Science from Palomar College, a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from National University, a master’s degree in Communication from the University of Denver, and a doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University.
Professional Background
Jim is an adjunct professor at the College of Professional Studies, teaching courses in security operations management. He has served on the boards of the Industrial Security Working Group, the FBI Rocky Mountain InfraGard Chapter, and the Metropolitan Law Enforcement Association. Jim has received the FBI’s highest civilian honor for exceptional service and is a three-time recipient of the DoD James S. Cogswell Award for Security Excellence. He is an alum of Harvard Business School’s Executive Program for High-Potential Leaders.
