Bio

Jessica Crow is a business transformation leader with more than 20 years of experience leading large-scale change across companies spanning the public, private, and government sectors. With both industry and consulting experience, she deeply understands organizational change and how to help people accept, adopt, and sustain new ways of working and behaving.

Education

Jessica earned her Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications/Media Studies from the University of Colorado at Boulder and her Master of Business Administration from Regis University.

Professional Background

Currently, Jessica is a principal consultant at Apogy, a change management training, coaching, and consulting firm she founded in 2019. Through her work with Apogy, she has helped clients implement enterprise data governance programs, transform their technology systems (Oracle HCM, ERP), redesign organizational structures and processes, and upskill leaders and teams. Before Apogy, Jessica led the clinical strategy and innovation team at DaVita, where she was responsible for designing and deploying large-scale change initiatives impacting thousands of patients, caregivers, and employees across the U.S. Jessica previously served on the Board of the Colorado Chapter of the Association of Change Management Professionals.

Motivation for Teaching

Jessica has experienced organizational change from multiple perspectives: as a consultant, an executive, a mid-level manager, and an individual employee. She understands the unique challenges each stakeholder group faces and is committed to developing change leaders at all levels in the organization.

Helping Students Be Successful

Jessica uses real-life examples and self-reflection tools to teach her students how to apply change management concepts and processes. She encourages students to share stories and perspectives and will offer her own examples to help bridge gaps in understanding and/or relevance. If students have questions or need additional guidance, she can be easily reached via email or by scheduling an online meeting.
